Steps to perform a Canon photo recovery

 

Step 1, do not take any new photos to your Canon CF or SD card. As it to know, When your delete your photos from Canon SD card or CF card, Canon marks the space on card as being available to reuse. If you take new photos to the Card, the place where you deleted your photos may overwrite. You will lose your photos forever.

 

Step 2, install the Cannon photo recovery software and launch it. Take out your SD card or CF card from Canon, and connect it to your PC or Mac, you can connect it with a card reader. When this interface displayed, choose your SD card drive to scan.

 

Step 3, after the scanning, you can preview your deleted files with Canon photo recovery software. Confirm which photos needed to recover and then click the Recover button to recover it.
